Last week, the much anticipated launch of the county’s newest attainable housing development came online. Located on the western edge of Granby, at the intersection of highways 34 & 40, the Sun Communities’ manufactured home development, Smith Creek Crossing, offers 11 different housing models and multiple options for floor plans, all with an open concept design. Ranging from 2-4 bedrooms, the homes are advertised to start at $149,995, a notable increase in the $99K- $199K pricing originally presented to the Town during the approval process. Monthly lot fees, which include services such as property management, maintenance, security and amenity fees, along with utility costs will also factor into the new homeowner’s total monthly expenses. 

Amenities for the new development include access to the development’s clubhouse, playground, playscape, fitness center, open outdoor space, fire pit and hot tub.
