What a difference a day makes!
On Wednesday, in just a matter of hours, the 3-story Dairy Apartments in Granby became a reality. 12 prefabricated, modular sections, were set into place at the corner of First and Jasper in about four hours as curious neighbors stood by, watching in awe. Crews will finish off the roof and interior finishes, along with utility and asphalt work in time for the first tenants to move in sometime in September.
