The Best Small Town Parade in America, according to Granby Chamber marketing director Kristy Aulicino, “was another huge success”. Hundreds lined the streets for the annual parade down mainstreet. The hot summer day set the stage for the parade enthusiasts and spectators alike as the local Granby Airport Experimental Aircraft Association Chapter (EAA) 1267, fly by kicked off the event that lasted just over an hour. There was plenty of candy and swag for kids of all ages and a highlight was the water features that Acord Asphalt company and Adventures in Whitewater provided to cool the crowd near the end of the parade.
