Business owners Eric and Philip Vandernail hosted an open house at their new location last Friday night and it seemed the town of Fraser came out to take a peek at the new digs. Located in Suite 206 of the Fraser Valley Shopping Center, the new offices feature artwork from local artists, like Ernie Royball, who was in attendance for the festivities, and artist MPek 36, who’d just completed murals on the north and south walls of Azteca Mexican Restaurant.

Much of the artwork is signed by the artist and is available for purchase. Their intent is to circulate and rotate the artwork and pieces, adding new artists and displays on an ongoing basis. Their new location in the Fraser Valley Shopping Center helped push tenant occupancy to 100% for the first time in recent history. Next time you’re out and about, be sure to pop by and take a look at the art display and maybe start a project with O2, or, book your upcoming lodging needs while you’re there.
