It looks like more than a few businesses have taken advantage of this year’s mud season downtime, making moves to new locations. Below is a listing of recent moves in the valley:

Winter Park:

The Divide Board Shop has moved across the street to the storefront located in the Viking Lodge, where they have ample room to spread out. The new location opened June 1.

The Perk Coffee Company and Coworking space has moved from the corner of US 40 and Vasquez Road and are currently building out their new space in Hideaway Station. According to owner, Jayson Harris, they are hoping to open the coffee shop by early July and the coworking space by August.

The Stuffed Food Trailer is back for the summer and they are currently serving their home cooked deliciousness from the parking lot of the Stoked Meeting House.

KFFR 88.3 completed construction of their new space and have moved upstairs in the Fraser Valley Center. Drop by and check out the new space and request a song or two.

Sunshine Herb Corner has moved from their previous location in FroDo to the Fraser Valley Center. They are located between Holden’s Electronics and Wylie’s Paint Store and opened in late May.

Granby Bait n’ Tackle moved to 383 E Agate, the space previously occupied by A La Mode, in March. The new space offers more space for inventory and customers’ dropping by with their fish tales of the day.

A La Mode has moved to 80 E Agate, next to R&J Liquors. They had a soft opening June 1st and will be fully operational by June 15th. To make an appointment, call (970) 887- 0174.

As the summer season ramps up, many local businesses are returning to normal hours of operation. It is always a good idea to call ahead if you’re not sure of shop hours.

We hope you had an opportunity to take a break this mud season and are returning refreshed, rejuvenated and ready for an exciting summer season!
