Before you send us an email or use the online form below to submit, please read the guidelines below.
The decision to print any submission is completely at the discretion of the Winter Park Times editor. Letters must include the author’s name, hometown, affiliation (if any) and phone number (for verification of authorship only). Form letters and letters considered libelous, obscene or in bad taste will not be printed. Anonymous letters will not be printed. The Winter Park Times reserves the right to edit all letters. Because of space constraints, please limit your letters to 500 words. If you have a topic that demands more space contact our editor prior to submission. Letters containing long lists of names will not be printed.
The Winter Park Times welcomes submissions, including photographs, to all departments. The deadline for submissions is noon, three days before publication.
Submit an announcement – weddings, anniversaries, births, etc – by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
Submit an obituary by emailing email@example.com
Events can be submitted for addition to the calendar on the Submit an Event page. If you need to submit several events throughout the year, you can request an event login to be able to manage your submitted events.
