New Arrow Development in Downtown Winter Park
The old Shed Restaurant Property in center of downtown Winter Park is prepped and ready for demolition. Crews did remediation work on tile flooring that contained a small amount of Asbestos and the building is set to make way for the new development of Arrow at Winter Park. Brain N. Novak, Founder of Summit Legend, a development, architecture and construction real estate firm located in Denver, Colorado is heading up the project. Novak’s firm has designed and built several projects throughout Colorado and California including the Trailhead Lodges in Winter park and a new project in the works the Winter Park Preserve. Novak said, “Arrow at Winter Park is an exciting opportunity for our firm” it isn’t often that you get in on the ground floor of a World Class Resort in the heart of town. Brian added, “we started investing in Winter Park in 1997” and have been sitting on the Arrow property waiting for the right time to move forward.
Arrow at Winter Park is going to contain a mix of commercial, retail and residential real estate with 21000 Sq Ft Retail and approximately 36, 3 and 4 Bedroom Town homes with attached 1 or 2 Car Garages. Although plans are still being finalized the developer expects the Mountain Town homes to start in the $500’s. Arrow is a river front community in the center of Winter Park with the Vasquez Creek running on the South side of the property with easy access to recreation, events at Hideaway Park, shops and restaurants, and a quick shuttle ride to Winter Park Resort’s four-season excitement. Arrow Retail Marketplace will feature cafés, shops, and dining opportunities.
